Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, visitors can apply to CFA International to learn about their personal data:

• Whether their personal data is processed,
• Requesting information if their personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and, in this context, requesting notification of the transaction made to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the illegal processing of personal data.

These rights will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days in any case when they are transmitted to CFA International by the visitors, in accordance with the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy prepared by CFA International under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Although no fee is charged for such requests, CFA International reserves the right to charge a fee according to the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Consent and Changes to the Cookie Policy

CFA International aims to provide users with detailed information about the scope and purposes of Cookie usage and to inform users about Cookie preferences through the Cookie Policy. In this regard, it is assumed that consent is given to Cookie usage when the Cookie information warning on the Platform is closed, and the Site is continued to be used.
