Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the following rights:

  • To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and, within this context, to request that the transaction made be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • If personal data is processed illegally, to request the compensation of the damage suffered.

Requests for the use of these rights can be communicated by data subjects through the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy website, which has been prepared by CFA International under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Processing Policy. CFA International will conclude these requests within thirty days at the latest. CFA International reserves the right to charge a fee according to the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, if any.
